This week has been good. Heidi Coker started her Kickstart back up on Monday and I have been on the bandwagon!
Monday: Studio 8am-9am stretching, light workout
Ran/walked around 4 miles after work
Tuesday: Studio 8am-10am stretching, working
Wednesday : Studio practice twice! Working on my routine for Halloween, October 24th is approaching fast, and I want to make sure that I have a good video for hopefully video submissions for competitions, but even if it's not competition ready, I still want to put on a great performance & express myself on stage. :)
Today, so far - has been an errand running, house working, getting cleaned up and purging of unnecessary things. :) Headed out and hopefully to ballet class at 5:30pm, maybe followed by Advanced Spin from 7-8pm. We'll see how much energy I have. :)
